University Heights United Methodist Church is a vibrant neighborhood church that seeks to create a place where people of all generations can gather for shared worship, fellowship and learning. Central to our identity is our connection to the neighborhood in which we sit and the schools which are our neighbors (Laurel Ridge Elementary and Druid Hills Middle). We seek to listen to the concerns of this community, respond with love and above all lead others to Jesus Christ through our service. 

     This congregation can best be understood as a place where "everybody knows your name." It is a close-knit community that cares for one another, prays for one another, serves with one another and laughs with one another.
